  Cantina Oliena's Corrasi Nepente di Oliena Riserva is an impressive expression of the Sardinian Cannonau variety, grown on the steep granite slopes of Monte Corrasi in Oliena. The vines are rooted in barren soils with great terroir, where cool mountain air and intense sunshine combine to develop fine fruit and structure. After careful hand harvesting, the grapes undergo extended maceration and the wine is stored in cement tanks and large wooden barrels, allowing the terroir to express itself subtly and gain depth.

In the glass, the wine displays a bright ruby red color with garnet reflections—an indication of concentration and maturity. The nose opens with aromas of ripe forest fruits and plums, followed by subtle vanilla and wood tones and a scent of Mediterranean scrub and undergrowth. On the palate, it impresses with its full structure, velvety tannins, and mineral character, supported by a subtle hint of salt that reveals its origins.
