For example, the almost extinct Nieddera grape variety is experiencing a renaissance thanks to Contini. It produces a strong, dark fruity red wine with a soft spiciness and Mediterranean charm - a real insider tip for lovers of rare wines. With perseverance and foresight, Contini has not only saved an old variety from extinction, but also created a new flagship for Sardinia.

In addition to the famous Vernaccia Riserva wines and the Nieddera line, Contini also offers modern, fruity white wines. Particularly noteworthy is the Cuvée Karmis, a sophisticated blend of Vernaccia and 20% Vermentino.
