Contado is obtained exclusively from Aglianico grapes grown in the hills of Molise in the vineyard of Camarda. The wine has a ruby red color with garnet reflections, a wide and intense bouquet with hints of ripe fruit. In the mouth it is soft and velvety, very harmonious with a dense body, tannic with an aftertaste of black cherries. Ideal with hearty dishes, rich meats, game and cheese. This wine also accompanies strong vegetarian dishes such as roasted vegetables and parmigiana di melanzane and legumes. - Gerardo [TS08/17]
