© www.erste-neue.it The Chardonnay grapes for 'Salt' grow in a single vineyard of the same name under an alpine Mediterranean climate. Most of the fermentation takes place in oak barrels, with a small portion also in stainless steel tanks, and this white wine undergoes further refinement through a short period of bottle aging. A great treat with white meat such as pork tenderloin with mustard crust or ribbon noodles with salmon, also ideal with saffron risotto. - Gerardo
