The Soave Classico Scalette is a cru full of character that reflects the Veneto terroir in its purest form. It has a clear, straw-yellow color and exudes notes of white flowers, light stone fruit and a hint of citrus on the nose. On the palate, it develops a fine spiciness, harmonious freshness and an elegant almond note on the finish.
This wine comes from terraced vineyards (“Scalette”), which offer perfect ventilation and sunlight and therefore produce particularly expressive grapes.
