The Spumante Lessini Durello Brut has a clear yellow color with a fine, persistent perlage - a sign of the quality of bottle fermentation according to the Metodo Classico. The nose reveals a fresh, complex bouquet with aromas of white flowers, green apple and a fine almond note. On the palate, it impresses with its liveliness, elegance and fine spiciness, supported by a delicate perlage and balanced freshness.
This sparkling wine matures for three years in Gianni Tessari's underground cellars, giving it depth and structure. It is ideal as a stylish aperitif, but also with fish, sushi or refined antipasti.
