Sauvignon Venezia Giulia IGT 2024

  The Sauvignon from the Jermann winery in Friuli is a white wine that captivates with its clear style and deep soil in Collio/Colli Orientali Friuli. The grape variety is 100% Sauvignon Blanc, and the wine is mostly aged in stainless steel tanks, which preserves its freshness and purity. It has a bright straw yellow color with green reflections, and the nose reveals aromas of elderflower, gooseberry, and a subtle exotic fruit note. The acidity is lively and elegantly integrated, giving the wine excellent balance.

On the palate, this Sauvignon surprises with remarkable smoothness and a structured, mineral depth.
