Vintage Tunina is an evergreen from Friuli, a noble blend of grapes whose vines thrive on marl and sandstone soils. These soils, originating from the Eocene flysch formation, have been transformed into the “ponca” typical of the region.
The wine has a bright straw-yellow color with a golden sheen. Its intense bouquet seduces with elegant aromas of honey and meadow flowers, which impress with their great persistence. On the palate, it is dry, soft and exceptionally harmonious, supported by a full body that ensures excellent length. It harmonizes perfectly with starters with truffles, fish dishes from the oven or with sauces as well as with white meat. The combination with fresh salmon stuffed with Parmesan cheese and artichokes is particularly successful. - Gerardo [TS10/21]

"It is worth highlighting that the grapes are already harvested together. The wine presents a sparkling straw yellow color with light golden tones; the aroma is intense, rich, of high elegance and persistent, we detect notes of honey and field flowers. On the palate it is dry, soft, very harmonious, very persistent in the finish, mainly due to its exceptionally full body. It is best enjoyed with truffle-based hors d'oeuvres, and of course with fish dishes, preferably from the cane and accompanied by a fine sauce, but dishes with white meat also go well.
