  The “Moar” St. Magdalener Classico from the Bolzano Winery reveals a promise in its origin: originating from the gently sloping porphyry slopes of the St. Magdalena hill above Bolzano, this wine is rooted in a terroir of gravelly soils, which, with its old vine culture and careful cultivation, creates a dense, elegant profile. In the winery, the blend of predominantly Vernatsch with a proportion of Lagrein undergoes classic red wine fermentation and is then aged in large wooden barrels - a craft that brings the typical scent of violets and roses as well as the characteristic bitter almond and marzipan notes directly into the glass.

In the glass, the wine is a bright ruby red with a gentle shimmer - its nose captivates with red cherries, raspberries, and a floral range carried by roses and violets. On the palate, this fruitiness combines with a velvety structure and a lingering finish: the Moar is round, balanced, yet endowed with a fine tension that leaves you wanting more.
