The grapes come from the vineyards of Count Otto Huyn in Siebeneich near Terlan. The color in the glass is ruby to dark garnet red. The bouquet is reminiscent of ripe red fruits, medium-bodied palate, elegant and fine fruity, with velvety tannins. - Gerardo [TS12/20]
Gerardo's Notes: The line 'Collection' of the Bolzano Winery is made from grapes pressed by the cellar master of selected sites and stands for complex and straightforward wines. The vineyards are located in Siebeneich and Bolzano at 300 meters above sea level and offer ideal conditions for this Merlot to thrive, with ripe wild berries and spices on the nose and supple tannins on the palate.
