© www.girlan.it The Gewürztraminer from the Girlan Winery in South Tyrol is an aromatic ambassador for its region of origin. The grapes grow in the vineyards of Neumarkt and Mazon at an altitude of around 300 to 500 meters, where calcareous and clay-rich soils and noticeable day-night temperature fluctuations create optimal conditions. After careful hand harvesting, temperature-controlled fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, matured on live yeast, which clearly brings out the typical aromas of the variety - rose petals, lychee, cloves, and exotic fruits.
In the glass, the wine displays a brilliant straw yellow color with golden reflections. The nose reveals intense notes of roses, spices, and tropical fruits, while the palate impresses with its pleasant fullness, elegant freshness, and harmonious progression.
