  The “Marjun” Pinot Noir from the Tramin Winery is a masterpiece of South Tyrolean winemaking, embodying the elegance and finesse of the Pinot Noir grape in its purest form. The name “Marjun” derives from the distinctive limestone soil that surrounds the vines on steep slopes at an altitude of 350 to 650 meters. These special conditions give the wine an unmistakable minerality and freshness. The grapes are harvested by hand and undergo gentle maceration, followed by aging in French oak barrels, which give the wine structure and depth.

In the glass, Marjun presents itself in a bright ruby red with delicate garnet reflections. The bouquet seduces with aromas of ripe wild berries, plums, and cherries, accompanied by subtle spice and floral notes. On the palate, a harmonious balance unfolds between juicy fruitiness and lively acidity, reminiscent of the high altitude of the vineyards.
