The Chardonnay Riserva Troy comes from vineyards located at over 500 meters. Such a Chardonnay from high altitude is a rarity, but therein lies the charm: of pale straw yellow color in the glass, in the bouquet of fresh apples, supported by subtle citrus and mint notes. Fresh and cool on the palate, with spicy notes and hints of almond and hazelnut. The name Troy stands for 'path' in dialect and illustrates the long path of research and experimentation of the Tramin Winery with the Chardonnay grape variety. - Gerardo [TS12/19]
Gerardo's Notes: In a decidedly elegant way, Troy shows its unmistakable alpine character. Ripe exotic fruit notes of mango, banana, gala melon and ezen hints of hazelnut are embedded in incredible freshness and sazlzhaltige minerality. Long, juicy finish with mineral backbone. An exclusive wine as a valuable gift or for a special occasion.
