  The Tramin Winery's “T Cuvee Rosso is a lively expression of South Tyrolean wine tradition, combining the lightness of Vernatsch, the fruitiness of Pinot Noir, and the richness of Merlot. This cuvée is fermented and aged in steel tanks, preserving the freshness and purity of the grapes. In the glass, the wine presents itself in a bright ruby red color and exudes a fruity bouquet reminiscent of ripe berries and a hint of spices.

On the palate, the “T Cuvee Rot” is harmonious and balanced, with a delicate freshness that makes it an ideal accompaniment to Tyrolean cuisine. It goes well with traditional dishes such as dumplings, bacon, or light meat dishes.
