La Jara's Spumante Brut is a high-quality organic sparkling wine made from the best Prosecco grapes and is refined using the Charmat method in large fermentation tanks on its own yeasts. Compared to the Extra Dry, this sparkling wine is significantly drier, but without a pronounced acidity. The fine and tightly meshed perlage carries the delicate bouquet of fresh apple and delicate nutty notes, which perfectly round off the elegant aroma.
