Compared to sparkling wines, the popular Prosecco Frizzante has only half the carbonic acid, so it is somewhat less complicated and lighter. La Jara processes exclusively Prosecco grapes from own farming. The result is impressive: An natural product not only in the vineyard but also in the cellar. Gerardo's Notes: La Jara Prosecco Frizzante is a pure and fresh sparkling wine of pleasant mouthfeel and attractive presentation. The aroma is reminiscent of fresh Äpfel and discreetly apricot, with only half as much carbonic acid pressure as Spumante (sparkling wine), this Prosecco is also somewhat more drinkable and lighter.
