With the Spumante Pinot Grigio Rosé Brut, La Jara has created an elegant, fresh organic sparkling wine that immediately catches the eye with its pale pink color and fine perlage. Obtained from dark-skinned Pinot Grigio grapes, which are macerated at low temperatures until the must takes on the desired color, it develops a fine bouquet with notes of red fruits and subtle floral nuances.
On the palate, this rosé spumante is lively and balanced, with a pleasant freshness and an elegant, dry finish. It is ideal as an aperitif and accompanies starters, fish and seafood with stylish restraint.
