Vibrant ruby color in the glass. On the nose sweet notes of dried grapes, cherries, plums and some leather and licorice. The grapes, already selected in the vineyard, and their drying for 20-30 days give this wine, aged in French oak barrels, the characteristics, structure as well as concentration that distinguish it from traditional Valpolicella. - Gerardo [TS01/16]
