Gerardo's Notes: This white wine is less well known than its counterpart the Ciro Bianco and is also based on selected Greco Bianco grapes. The single vineyard of the same name shows great age and was recultivated by Librandi. The aged vines provide lower yields with higher extract. Asylia Bianco can be understood as an upscale version of Ciro Bianco and is recommended to lovers of mineral Sancerre, Riesling and Veltliner as a real alternative at a low price.
