Gerardo's Notes: 'Librandi has been an integral part of our range for over 35 years. The Ciro Rosato has been part of the repertoire of the Italian wine depot for just as long: From the red Gaglioppo vine of Cirò Rosso is also pressed the Rosé variant, which has a lively rosé with coral highlights. Traditionally, this wine is made from 100% native Gaglioppo grapes (i.e. without the use of complementary grapes) and, after only a short maceration, it is aged in stainless steel tanks. This rosato should be drunk young, it tastes best from the current harvest. Of course, the wine can also be stored for at least another year without any problems, even if it then loses some of its freshness.
