The Critone Bianco is an elegant white wine that impressively showcases the harmony of two international grape varieties in Calabrian terroir. In the glass, it is a pale straw yellow with delicate golden reflections that emphasize its maturity and expressiveness.
On the nose, it has a multi-layered, inviting bouquet: exotic fruits such as pineapple and mango combine with ripe apricots, green apple and a hint of citrus - fresh yet complex. This impression continues on the palate: the fruit is juicy and lively, while a fine creaminess gives the wine structure and elegance. A subtle mineral note provides depth and a long, balanced finish.

The cuvée of 90% Chardonnay and 10% Sauvignon brings together the best of two worlds: The Chardonnay gives the wine its soft, creamy structure, while the Sauvignon enlivens the bouquet with its fresh, aromatic notes.
The grapes grow on clay and limestone soils near Strongoli - conditions which, in combination with the southern Calabrian sun, offer optimal ripening potential. The result is a finely balanced wine that is mild and smooth, yet always retains an invigorating freshness. The Critone is a wonderful accompaniment to food, but is also a pleasure on its own.
