The Prosecco Spumante Superiore Cartizze comes from the prestigious Cartizze vineyard in the municipality of Valdobbiadene. Its bright color has delicate golden yellow inclusions, which already indicate its quality. The fine, long-lasting perlage is accompanied by a bouquet reminiscent of roses, mimosa and aromatic herbs. The palate is refreshing and persistent, with subtle mineral notes and a hint of green apple. Gerardo's Notes: Aus dem 'Herzen des Herzens' - der Prestigelage Cartizze - stammt dieser höchstwertige Prosecco Spumante. Ein frischer, harmonischer und seidenweicher Schaumwein von aromatischem Duft nach Blüten und reifen Früchten. Es ist ein Prosecco in Bestform und Ausdruck der höchstmöglichen Qualität dieser Rebsorte. Leider (oder zum Glück) aufgrund der geringen Produktionsmenge jedes Jahr stark limitiert und außerhalb italiens nur schwer erhältlich.
