The Amolèr Prosecco Spumante Superiore Extra Brut represents the purist side of Valdobbiadene and is aimed at lovers of dry, straightforward sparkling wines. With its barely perceptible residual sugar content, it is particularly clear and precise in expression and structure. The nose reveals a fine, restrained bouquet with hints of citrus peel, white flowers and a hint of sea salt - an elegant combination of freshness and terroir, underlined by a fine, persistent perlage.

On the palate, the Amolèr impresses with remarkable freshness, precise minerality and a subtle spiciness accompanied by delicate bitter nuances. Its dry style brings structure and complexity, but always remains accessible. Ideal as an elegant aperitif or as an accompaniment to fine fish and seafood dishes, but also with raw marinated vegetables or oysters. This Prosecco impressively demonstrates how much depth and expression can be found in an Extra Brut from Valdobbiadene. - Gerardo [TS10/26]

"Bright lemon yellow with silver highlights. In the nose of fresh apple and pear, in the reverberation some citrus. On the palate dry, fresh and juicy, with pleasant perlage, long finish." - Falstaff

The Amolèr Prosecco Spumante Superiore Extra Brut from Marsuret in Veneto appears in the glass in a light straw yellow with sparkling golden reflections that elegantly frame the lively, fine perlage of the sparkling wine. The nose reveals a fresh, intense bouquet of white flowers, delicate accents of acacia and lime blossom, and aromas of ripe fruit such as apple, pear, and peach. The grapes come from carefully selected vineyards within the Valdobbiadene DOCG area, whose calcareous soils and ideal microclimate particularly emphasize the freshness, minerality, and fine aromatic structure of the wine. Particularly noteworthy is the philosophy of the Marsuret winery, which focuses on sustainable cultivation and careful hand harvesting, ensuring that each bottle authentically reflects the character of the terroir.

On the palate, Amolèr Prosecco Spumante Superiore Extra Brut is dry, silky, and harmonious, supported by a lively acidity that perfectly highlights its freshness and delicate fruit aromas. The fine, persistent foam supports the elegant structure and slender body of the wine, while the long, mineral-fresh finish impressively underscores the origin of the grapes from the hills of Valdobbiadene. Limited production and careful selection of grapes make this Prosecco an exclusive expression of the highest quality, conveying the tradition and outstanding climatic conditions of Veneto with every sip. - Gerardo [TS10/26]
