  The “Rosalie” Rosato from the Merano Winery is a lively sun salutation from South Tyrol: The cuvée combines Zweigelt, Merlot, and Lagrein grapes—each with its own character and expression—grown on the sun-drenched vineyards around Merano and Lagundo on permeable moraine debris soil. After gentle cold maceration and rapid must extraction, the wine matures for several months in stainless steel tanks on the fine lees, which preserves its freshness while giving it a smooth depth.

In the glass, “Rosalie” displays a brilliant antique pink color with ruby red reflections—a visual promise of elegance and nature. The nose reveals notes of wild raspberries, cherries, and red currants, accompanied by floral rose petals and a hint of Mediterranean herbs that reveal its origins.
