Bianco del Drago is an elegant cuvee of mainly Garganega grapes (known by Soave Classico) and some Pinot-Bianco (Pinot Blanc). Delicate lime yellow in the glass, with gentle pear and almond aromas on the nose. The palate is characterized by apple, lime and subtle minerality.
