The Sicilian grape variety Insolia has only recently been vinified and is one of the modern white wine phenomena of Sicily: this fresh and aromatic white wine is fruity and refined. Characterized on the palate by aromas of stone and citrus fruits, as well as mildly aromatic herbal notes, Nanfro's Insolia is a perfect, refreshing summer wine. - Gerardo [TS06/20]
