Golden yellow color with greenish reflections, dense and persistent mousseux with the delicate aroma of fresh apple fruit and some brioche. Harmonious and smooth on the palate with good length. Each bottle also displays the 'Talento - Metodo Classico' symbol: This stands for 'remuage manuel' or 'scuotimento manuale' (hand-riddling) and underlines the special value of the product. - Gerardo
Gerardo's Notes: The Pittaro sparkling wines are a heart project of the in-house Önologist Stefano Trinco and have in recent years properly moulted: Behind the rather unknown names and labels hide handwork, yeast aging and maturation as it is usually known only from high-quality Spumante Franciacorta. Especially the 'Argento' (silver) label scores with an extraordinary price/enjoyment ratio.
