Pale straw yellow color with greenish reflections, very fine, persistent and almost creamy perlage. On the nose, subtle hints of bread crumb, notes of dried fruit, hazelnut, dried fig and cloves. Harmonious, fresh and invigorating on the palate. - Gerardo [TS12/20]
