Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections, the Franciacorta Brut presents itself in the glass, accompanied by a fine, persistent and almost creamy perlage. The bouquet is subtle and elegant, with hints of bread crumb, dried fruit, hazelnut, dried figs and a hint of cloves.
