Light straw yellow as well as very fine, almost creamy perlage. Pleasant aromas of cedar, pineapple and fresh bread crust characterize the bouquet. The taste is refreshing and harmonious, of decent sweet fruity notes and subtle spiciness. Very delicate and smooth Franciacorta. - Gerardo [TS12/16]

Gerardo's Notes: After vinification in wooden barrels, the Satén ages on the lees for at least 40 months. This Franciacorta is characterized by a lower bottle pressure (max. 5 instead of 6 atm), is straw yellow in color, has ripe fruit notes and is an excellent food companion: particularly suitable with fish and light dishes.
