  The Blu Vermentino di Sardegna from the Santa Maria la Palma winery unfolds a bright straw yellow color in the glass with delicate greenish reflections—a play of colors that already anticipates its freshness and youthfulness. The nose reveals a fine, elegant bouquet with clear hints of green apple, white flowers, and a touch of citrus, accompanied by a subtle mineral note reminiscent of a salty sea breeze, making the proximity to the Sardinian coast sensually tangible.

On the palate, Blu impresses with its lively acidity and balanced structure; the taste is fresh and harmonious, with fruity notes combining with a fine salty spice and a subtle almond tone in the finish, giving the wine a slightly salty, maritime profile.
