  Santa Venere's Cirò Rosso appears in the glass in a deep ruby red with garnet reflections that underscore its intensity and maturity. The nose reveals a complex bouquet of red and dark fruits such as cherries and blackberries, accompanied by subtle spicy notes reminiscent of pepper, tobacco, and Mediterranean herbs. A fine minerality refers to the calcareous and clayey soils of the Calabria region, which give the wine its depth and expressiveness and make the character of its origin clearly perceptible.

On the palate, Cirò Rosso is powerful yet smooth, with well-integrated tannins that provide structure and elegance. The lively acidity balances the intense fruit, giving the wine a fresh and harmonious character, while the finish is long and persistent. Particularly noteworthy is the indigenous Gaglioppo grape variety, which is characteristic of the region and reaches its full potential in the sunny vineyards of Cirò.
