  The “Sanct Valentin” Pinot Grigio from the St. Michael-Eppan winery is a prime example of the artistry of South Tyrolean viticulture. This fine wine thrives in the best locations around St. Michael and Eppan/Berg, on steep southeast-facing slopes between 450 and 600 meters above sea level. The calcareous gravel soils and the use of the Guyot training system create ideal conditions for the vines. After selective hand harvesting, vinification is carried out with the utmost precision to preserve the typical aromas and minerality of this grape variety.

In the glass, Sanct Valentin Pinot Grigio presents itself in a bright golden yellow with greenish reflections. The bouquet is intense and complex, with aromas of ripe apples, juicy melon, and delicate vanilla. On the palate, the wine is velvety and fresh at the same time, with an elegant structure and concentrated character. This Pinot Grigio is not only a highlight of the Sanct Valentin line, but also one of Italy's most renowned white wines.

Pinot Grigio has been part of Sanct Valentin's top range since 1986. Minimal yields from carefully selected individual vineyards ensure that this long-underrated grape is used to produce a lively and powerful top-quality wine.
