The grapes for the Pinot Blanc St. Valentin come from the best sites in Eppan Berg: Clear, straw-yellow color with light greenish nuances. Intense fruity aromas of ripe apples and pears, melons and a hint of fine vanilla. Fresh and lively on the palate, yet concentrated and powerful, of particular finesse. - Gerardo [TS06/21]
