Noble Franciacorta Rosato made from equal parts Pinot Nero and Chardonnay: salmon colored rosè and light red reflections in the glass. The perlage is fine and persistent, the fresh bouquet recalls citrus, freshly baked bread and aromatic herbs. Gerardo's Notes: 'This Franciacorta Spumante also comes from a single vineyard district at Villa Crespa. This is divided into two sites - Averoldi and San Faustino - which are planted with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, respectively. This classic base for Franciacorta Rosè results in a top quality product, rich and fresh at the same time. To fish carpaccio, cold cuts, cold roasts or light appetizers with tomato sauce.
