This exclusive olive oil of a deep emerald green color seduces with an expressive bouquet reminiscent of fresh herbs such as tarragon, sage and artichoke - a clear sign of its artisanal origin and high quality. On the palate, it is powerful and intense, with a lively fruitiness and a lingering spicy finish that is balanced by subtle bitterness and spiciness.
Albereto comes from the estate of the same name, Podere Albereto - one of the oldest and most traditional estates in Badia a Coltibuono. The oil is produced here in limited quantities and with the utmost care. Its origin and limited availability make it a real rarity: an olive oil with character and depth that not only reflects the Tuscan olive oil tradition, but also impresses as a culinary highlight. - Gerardo [TS10/21]
