The grapes of this single-varietal Pinot Noir, also known as Pinot Nero or Pinot Noir, come from old vineyards in the Eppan - Girlan growing area. A 20-day maceration in stainless steel tanks is followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine is then aged for several months in large oak barrels. The Chardonnay grape variety is becoming increasingly important in Girlan. Sparse clay soils, low yields and gentle vinification bring a lot of freshness, good structure and a unique character of origin to the glass. Marna Chardonnay is versatile and is an excellent accompaniment to vegetarian starters, rich fish dishes and white meat.

For its Chardonnay Marna, the Girlan winery uses grapes from selected vineyards located in the Überetsch region at an altitude of 450 - 530 meters above sea level.
