  Argiolas' Costamolino Vermentino di Sardegna clearly reflects its sunny Sardinian origins. The grapes thrive on the gentle hills around Suelli and Selegas, on soils rich in limestone and marl, under the influence of the sea breeze—a terroir that promotes freshness and mineral character. Each grape is carefully pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks to best preserve the lightness and elegance typical of Vermentino.

In the glass, this wine displays a pale straw yellow color with delicate greenish reflections — a visual indication of its lively freshness and origin. The bouquet reveals aromas of apricot and white peach, accompanied by citrus notes and floral and herbal accents that evoke the Mediterranean landscape and sea air. On the palate, this fruity presence combines with a clear structure and noticeable minerality; the finish is lean but expressive - an ideal accompaniment to seafood or light Mediterranean dishes and, at the same time, a wine for carefree enjoyment in the glass. - Gerardo [TS10/23]
