  The “Perdera” Monica di Sardegna from the Argiolas winery is a stylish interpretation of the indigenous Monica grape variety, which is deeply rooted in Sardinia. Grown in the gently rolling vineyards of the Trexenta region on limestone and sandy soils with maritime influence, this wine harmonizes its origins with Mediterranean expression. The grapes are carefully hand-picked and aged in stainless steel, which brings out the clear fruit and varietal identity. A special feature is the minimal treatment in wood - a short contact with the barrel gives structure without masking the freshness.

In the glass, Perdera displays a lively ruby red color with delicate violet reflections—a visual indication of youth and fruit. The nose reveals a bouquet of cherries, ripe plums, and red wild berries, complemented by Mediterranean herbal notes and a subtle spiciness reminiscent of white pepper. On the palate, the wine impresses with its smooth texture, soft tannins, and a balanced fruit-spice balance.
