The Langhe Chardonnay from Brezza is an authentic expression of its grape variety - deliberately vinified without the use of wood in order to emphasize the pure fruit and freshness. Fine floral notes unfold on the nose, accompanied by ripe honeydew melon and juicy apricot, giving the wine an inviting, harmonious interplay of aromas.
On the palate, it is balanced and precise, with a lively acidity, elegant minerality and good structure. These components give the Chardonnay depth and freshness at the same time. Its fruity style, typical of the grape variety, makes it a versatile food companion - ideal with light starters, fish dishes, seafood or mild cheese.
