Two of the three geological formations that characterize the Barolo area meet in the Cannubi site: Sant'Agata Fossile and Arenarie di Diano. On the nose, multi-layered aroma of Amarena cherries and blueberries. The taste is precise and perfectly balanced of black cardamom and some licorice.
