This pure Langhe Nebbiolo presents itself in the glass with a light ruby red color and clear transparency - an indication of its elegance and finesse. Delicate aromas of raspberries and ripe wild berries unfold on the nose, accompanied by floral nuances such as violets and a hint of rose petals. This fine composition of aromas gives the wine a charming, almost playful character.
On the palate, the Nebbiolo is harmonious and accessible, with lively fruit, balanced acidity and elegant but noticeable tannins - typical of the grape variety, but much softer than a Barolo. Its lightness makes it an ideal introduction to the world of Nebbiolo and a versatile food companion - whether with antipasti, pasta or mild meat dishes. This Nebbiolo is ready to drink much earlier, there is no need for aging to soften the tannins.
