  Rosa dei Frati comes from the vineyards to the south of Lake Garda, where a particularly fresh and gentle rosé has been produced for generations. This elegant rosato combines sophistication and drinking pleasure in a remarkable way. On the nose, it unfolds a fine bouquet of hawthorn blossom, green apple, white almond and a hint of wild cherry. The aromas are light-footed and at the same time multi-layered without being overpowering. Its pale pink color underlines its fine character and indicates that the wine has been vinified with both restraint and precision.

On the palate, the Rosa dei Frati is lively, well-balanced and clearly fresh. A concise yet well-integrated acidity gives it structure and makes it the ideal companion on warm days. Delicate notes of small red fruits round off the taste experience and ensure a long, clean finish.
