Dieser frische und trinkige Nebbiolo wird für kürzere Zeit auf den Traubenschalen vergoren und dann in Edelstahltanks ausgebaut. Von leuchtend roter Farbe und rubinroten Einschlüssen im Glas, erinnert das Bouquet an Trockenblumen und Himbeeren. Am Gaumen ist er trocken und vollmundig, unterstrichen von mittelkräftigen Tanninen. Ein echter Nebbiolo zu einem außergewöhnlich guten Preis! - Gerardo [TS04/18]
