The Campo Bastiglia is a premium Valpolicella Superiore, crafted using the traditional Ripasso method. This technique, which involves a second fermentation on the Amarone pomace, imparts the wine with additional depth, complexity, and remarkable aromatic intensity.
In the glass, the wine displays a deep garnet red color, hinting at its richness and maturity. The nose is characterized by a harmonious blend of fruity aromas - juicy cherries and red berries - complemented by floral tones and subtle spicy nuances reminiscent of cinnamon and pepper.
