The Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Colline Teramane Fonte Cupa is Camillo Montori's flagship wine and an impressive representative of the renowned DOCG Colline Teramane. Its deep, concentrated ruby red color, which announces its density and maturity, is already impressive in the glass. The nose reveals an intense bouquet with aromas of ripe dark fruit, accompanied by subtle hints of undergrowth, spices and fine vanilla, which give the wine additional depth.
On the palate, the Fonte Cupa is powerful and expressive, with grippy, well-integrated tannins and a dense structure. The juicy fruit remains present, while a slightly almond-like finish provides a characterful bitter note that gives it a distinctive profile.
