Montori's best known Montepulciano is concentrated ruby red in color. The nose is intense of ripe fruit with subtle undertones of undergrowth and vanilla. The palate is well structured, tannic and persistent. Characteristic is the echo of bitter almonds. - Gerardo [TS04/19]
