Pecorino Fonte Cupa, made from the indigenous Pecorino grape, has a fresh, straw-yellow color. Its bouquet is decidedly floral, with subtle hints of hawthorn and a hint of banana, which adds depth and complexity. It is harmonious on the palate, with an elegant minerality and well-integrated acidity that brings a lively freshness.
