The Valpolicella Classico Superiore Caterina Zardini is made from grapes that undergo partial drying in November, which gives the wine a special depth. In the glass, the wine impresses with an intense garnet red that underlines its powerful presence. Its elegant bouquet unfolds with aromas of ripe cherries, exotic spices and fine cedar wood, which together create a seductive complexity.
On the palate, the Valpolicella Classico Superiore is dry and full, with a rich structure accompanied by a pleasant freshness. The finish is slightly bitter, yet harmonious and long-lasting.
