  The Nord Est - Vermentino di Sardegna from Cantina del Vermentino in Sardinia is a fresh expression of the island: it is made entirely from the Vermentino grape variety, which is rooted in the granite and erosion-eroded soils of Gallura at high altitudes - where sea breezes and karstic subsoil give the grapes their Mediterranean character. Hand-picking in the early hours of the morning, gentle pressing, and fermentation in stainless steel tanks ensure pure fruit and clear origin. The characteristic salty minerality and subtle herbal notes are due to the proximity to the sea and the territory.

In the glass, Nord Est shines in a light straw yellow with greenish reflections - a visual hint of its youth and freshness. The nose reveals citrus notes of grapefruit and lime, accompanied by white peaches and delicate white flowers, as well as a subtle hint of Mediterranean herbs such as sage and thyme.
