After a careful selection of Pinot Nero grapes follows a drying of about 40 days. These are then immediately fermented on the skins for 8 days and the wine is finally aged in barrique barrels for one year. Ideal companion to savory cheeses and chocolate-based desserts. - gerardo.co.uk
