The single-varietal Sangiovese Grosso grape, grown on the south-eastern slopes of the Montalcino vineyard with its limestone and slate soils, brings an elegant minerality and fine structure to the wine. After careful maceration and gentle maturation in large oak and stainless steel tanks, the wine achieves a harmonious combination of pure fruitiness and authenticity.

The dense aroma reveals scents of violets and red forest fruits, accompanied by plums and delicate spice notes that add a subtle spiciness.
